How the Supplier Survey works
A simple way for operators to feed back on the platforms and suppliers they use day to day. Built to be fair, and free for everyone who takes part.

Find your supplier
If they're already listed, go straight to leaving a review. If not, add them as a new supplier. You'll need to be registered yourself to do this, plus a work email address for someone at that business so they can register too.

Leave a review
Once you're registered, you can review a specific product the supplier provides.

The review is checked
Every review is submitted for a check before it goes live. We confirm the reviewer is a genuine operator and that the review meets our content rules, then publish it.

Reviews stay live for 365 days
After that they no longer count towards the supplier's platform score, and the score expires. If no new reviews come in, the supplier becomes dormant - the listing stays visible, but the reviews don't.

Free to take part
Operators review for free. There are no subscriptions, and nothing a supplier can pay for changes a score, a ranking or what is shown.
